該機型的運行狀態(tài)為“半自動運行”（即需人為操作設備的啟停），空氣進口、氮氣出口設有過濾調壓部件，氮氣純度由99.5-99.9%氮氣分析儀在線檢測，制氮吸附塔交替運行排空時，加裝有快速排空裝置，以達到制氮工藝快速脫附要求，延長了工藝電磁閥的使用壽命。
Running state of the machine is "semi-automatic operation" (that is, the need for operating the start-stop of the equipment). Air inlet and nitrogen outlet are equipped with pressure egulating components. Nitrogen purity is monitored by analyzer on-line, by 99.5-99.9% unit. Alternately emptying system of nitrogen adsorption tower, with a rapid emptying device, in order to achieve the requirements of rapid stripping in nitrogen making process, prolongs the life of electromagnetic valve.
適用于食品醫(yī)藥行業(yè)：面包、月餅、蛋黃派、法式面包、餅干、巧克力、雪米餅、藥品、葡萄酒、茶葉以及各種農副產品的充氮保鮮包裝。
此款機型適合個體食品企業(yè)進行充氮包裝。建議使用節(jié)能系列食品保鮮制氮機。
